Chef Pomme believes that good food comes from good ingredients. He carefully selects all his fresh produce and meats so that they are at their most flavoursome and prepares each dish with his full attention. Thus each dish is exceptionally fresh and brimming with excellent taste.
Our menu features authentic French cuisine in the Provençal and Burgundy styles, cooked to order. Our patisseries are single serve, freshly made each day, and distinctly French in style. They are light in texture but rich in flavour, and we use only fresh fruit to make our mousses.
